La Brasserie L’Auberge is recruiting a Chef de Partie (M/F).

Type of contract : 

  • Full-time fixed-term (CDD) or permanent contract (CDI)
  • Daytime and/or evening shifts
  • Two consecutive days off
  • Salary based on experience

Job description : 

  • Carry out preliminary food preparations
  • Prepare and plate dishes for the assigned section according to technical sheets, ensuring timely service and correct temperatures
  • Take into account special customer requests
  • Ensure presentation, quality, and correct serving temperature of dishes
  • May be required to prepare certain dishes in the dining room in front of guests depending on events or service organization
  • Participate, if necessary, in the creation of new technical sheets
  • Apply procedures and policies defined by management
  • Contribute to cleaning and organizing work areas and ensure food safety in compliance with HACCP hygiene rules

Required profile : 

  • Proven experience in a brasserie required
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
