La Brasserie L’Auberge is recruiting a Chef de Partie (M/F).
Type of contract :
- Full-time fixed-term (CDD) or permanent contract (CDI)
- Daytime and/or evening shifts
- Two consecutive days off
- Salary based on experience
Job description :
- Carry out preliminary food preparations
- Prepare and plate dishes for the assigned section according to technical sheets, ensuring timely service and correct temperatures
- Take into account special customer requests
- Ensure presentation, quality, and correct serving temperature of dishes
- May be required to prepare certain dishes in the dining room in front of guests depending on events or service organization
- Participate, if necessary, in the creation of new technical sheets
- Apply procedures and policies defined by management
- Contribute to cleaning and organizing work areas and ensure food safety in compliance with HACCP hygiene rules
Required profile :
- Proven experience in a brasserie required
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
