Our story: a passion for Alsatian hospitality
The STAY Collection adventure began in 1986 with the opening of Régent Contades, laying the first foundations for an ambitious and sustainable vision of hospitality in Strasbourg.
This vision took shape in 1992 with the inauguration of Régent Petite France, at the heart of the historic district. The hotel quickly became a benchmark, elegantly blending architectural heritage with modern comfort.
In 2009, a new chapter unfolded with the revival of Cour du Corbeau, an architectural gem meticulously restored to its full splendour, reconnecting with the history and soul of its neighbourhood.
The following year, in 2010, we took over the management of Le Grand Hôtel Strasbourg, located just 100 meters from the train station. Drawing inspiration from the world of rail travel, the hotel embodied a resolutely urban and functional style.
In 2013, Les Haras came to life in Strasbourg. The result of exceptional restoration work, the project breathed new energy into the site while paying homage to its nobility.
In 2014, the group expanded with the acquisition of Grand Hôtel Bristol, an iconic venue in Colmar. A series of renovations added a contemporary flair while preserving the elegance of this 20th-century building.
2017 marked a turning point with the creation of BOMA, an innovative and inviting concept. Inspired by African enclosures known as “bomas”, this urban living space encapsulated a spirit of sharing, protection and modernity.
Two years later, in 2019, the Paul & Pia hotel enriched our collection of properties in Colmar, bringing a colourful, joyful and playful touch to the local hospitality scene.
Lastly, in 2021, the prestigious LÉONOR hotel opened its doors, crowning our commitment to a singular, refined and modern-day approach to hospitality.
