Nathalie manages the group’s sales strategy as a whole. She sets targets, oversees the sales teams and closely monitors the performance of each hotel to ensure the numbers are on track. Her approach focuses on optimising customer relationships, fostering loyalty and expanding into new markets. She is actively involved in promoting our hotels to local, national and international customers.
Claire is responsible for the group’s image and visibility. She develops and implements communication initiatives, builds the brand strategy and coordinates marketing campaigns across all channels. She ensures consistent communication for each establishment, highlighting its unique identity while strengthening the group’s overarching brand. Her work helps us create strong connections with our customers and partners while securing a unique position in the market.
Vassili manages the group’s full scope of accounting and financial activities. He ensures accurate bookkeeping and operational compliance while optimising financial processes. He uses his expertise to provide strategic support to management and offer a clear, reliable view of the group’s economic performance. He plays a key role in decision-making and in steering the financial performance of each hotel.
Margaux manages human resources with an emphasis on people and skills development. She supports the teams on a daily basis, strives to improve quality of life at work and implements an HR policy based on respect, trust and talent recognition. She works to create a stimulating professional environment that fosters both personal and collective growth.
Lionel oversees strategic purchases and supports the execution of construction and renovation projects within the group. He plays a central role in coordinating all services and ensures the proper administrative management of each establishment. His commitment guarantees a rigorous organisational framework, driving optimal performance and supporting the teams’ day-to-day needs.
Françoise ensures that all the group’s activities comply with legislation, as well as providing the teams with support for all regulatory aspects. She safeguards operations, oversees contracts and anticipates risks to ensure a reliable and stable environment. Her role also involves managing the CSR strategy, addressing environmental, social and ethical challenges in the sector. She coordinates initiatives promoting sustainable development, corporate social responsibility and the reduction of our environmental footprint. Her dual role makes her a key driver of the group’s responsible performance.
