La Brasserie L’Auberge in Colmar is looking for a Kitchen Apprentice / Commis Chef Apprentice (M/F).

Type of contract : 

  • Apprenticeship contract

Job description : 

  • Prepare and plate dishes according to technical sheets and instructions from the supervisor
  • Organize the workstation according to guidelines
  • Adapt work pace according to customer flow, events, and guest needs
  • Clean and tidy the workstation according to supervisor instructions
  • Avoid food waste
  • Participate in inventory counts
  • Assist with receiving goods and store them according to storage principles
  • Contribute to the proper management of small equipment and prevent breakage
  • Apply procedures and policies defined by management
  • Ensure cleanliness of the workstation and food safety by complying daily with HACCP hygiene rules
  • Follow usage and safety instructions for provided equipment
