Job description :
- Prepare and plate dishes according to technical sheets and instructions from the supervisor
- Organize the workstation according to guidelines
- Adapt work pace according to customer flow, events, and guest needs
- Clean and tidy the workstation according to supervisor instructions
- Avoid food waste
- Participate in inventory counts
- Assist with receiving goods and store them according to storage principles
- Contribute to the proper management of small equipment and prevent breakage
- Apply procedures and policies defined by management
- Ensure cleanliness of the workstation and food safety by complying daily with HACCP hygiene rules
- Follow usage and safety instructions for provided equipment
