The RÉGENT PETITE FRANCE: Where River History Meets Refinement
This former 17th-century mill housed the Strasbourg Ice Houses, where blocks of ice were produced for merchants, brewers, and individuals throughout the region. Production declined with the advent of the refrigerator and then ceased entirely in 1989. The RÉGENT PETITE FRANCE opened its doors on May 1, 1992, to offer its guests an exceptional setting that blends history and modernity.

La Cour du Corbeau: Four Centuries of Hospitality
Right in the heart of the city, imagine yourself strolling and getting lost in the hallways and passageways of a 16th-century building. You catch a glimpse of the courtyard through your window, or perhaps a carved statue that seems to mock the passing of time. A reminder of days gone by—an Alsatian inn from the era of tsars and princesse

The LÉONOR: A Dialogue Between Heritage and Modernity
Originally, this unique hotel was the residence of Marshal Léonor Marie du Maine de Bourg (1655–1739). Master of the estate from 1713 onward, Governor-General of Alsace, and later Marshal of France, this man of the world and figure of the nobility turned this residence into a premier destination in Strasbourg—a legacy that the LÉONOR proudly carries on today.
The National Stud Farm: Equestrian and Architectural Splendor
In Strasbourg, the former National Stud Farm is an exceptional architectural complex. Long dedicated to equestrian excellence, this site exudes nobility and history. Designated a historic monument, the restoration of the historic buildings at the Strasbourg National Stud Farm began in 2010 in collaboration with architects and designers Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku. The renowned duo drew inspiration from the site’s history, celebrating the world of equestrianism and its prestigious traditions.

A Hotel in Colmar’s “Little Venice”
Housed in a building constructed in 1912 that blends neoclassical and Haussmannian styles, the Grand Hôtel Bristol has been a testament to Alsatian history for nearly a century, welcoming famous guests since its inception, including General Jean de Lattre, Sophie Marceau, Albert Schweitzer, and illustrator Tomi Ungerer.
